About me
I am a Food Technologist with multidisciplinary interests and extensive experience in food safety and quality. I hold a Master’s degree in Food Technology, with a thesis focused on food toxicology, which I subsequently published.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in quality assurance teams and food laboratories, supporting both clients and internal teams in interpreting analytical results, providing regulatory guidance, and communicating complex technical information clearly and practically. I have also contributed to service development, commercial support, and the preparation and delivery of technical reports and presentations for clients.
I am a fast learner, highly analytical, and problem-solving oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. I also have a strong affinity for digital tools and technology, including basic programming knowledge in Python and experience in process automation.
Fluent in four languages, including Spanish and German, I can collaborate effectively in international and multidisciplinary environments, confidently navigating multicultural professional contexts.
